How much does personal coaching with Judy MacDonald cost?

There are two options. Coaching without Immunocal is $200 per month, which includes weekly 30-minute coaching sessions. If you purchase Immunocal through Judy's consultant link, coaching is included at no additional charge for as long as you feel you need it and continue purchasing the product.

For most clients the Immunocal option is the most practical and economical choice, you get the nutritional foundation your body needs and the coaching support to use it effectively, together.

What happens on the free 15-minute Discovery Call?

The Discovery Call is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation — no sales pitch, no obligation. Judy will ask about your current health situation, your energy levels, your protein intake, and your health goals.

If you are on a GLP-1 medication like Ozempic®, Wegovy®, or Mounjaro®, she will ask about your medication protocol, any side effects you are experiencing, and how your body is responding. If you are not on a GLP-1 medication, she will focus on what is showing up for you right now — whether that is fatigue, muscle loss, brain fog, perimenopause symptoms, or simply feeling like your body is working against you despite doing everything right.

By the end of the call you will have a clear picture of whether the program is the right fit and exactly what your first steps would be. If it is not the right fit, Judy will tell you honestly — her goal is to point you in the right direction regardless of whether that direction is her program.

How is this different from working with my doctor or a dietitian??
