Refund and Return Policy

 Immunotec offers a customer-friendly return policy designed to ensure satisfaction with their products:

• 30-Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee: Customers (both AutoShip and Retail) who purchase directly from Immunotec can return unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping and handling costs
• Returns After 30 Days: Products returned in saleable (unused, unopened, and unexpired) condition after 30 days but within 90 days of purchase are eligible for a 90% refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling costs
• Return Authorization Required: Before returning any product, customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from Immunotec’s Customer Service. Returns without a visible RA number will be refused
• Condition for Refund: Only products that are unused, unopened, and have not passed their expiration date are considered re-saleable and eligible for a refund. If a product is not accepted for return, the customer can choose to have it shipped back at their own expense
• Refund Processing: Refunds are typically issued within 15 business days after Immunotec receives and accepts the returned product
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
• Consultant Policy: Consultants have a similar policy, with a 10-day 100% money-back guarantee and a 90% refund for up to three months on products in re-saleable condition. Consultants must also obtain an RA number before returning products
