The first coaching session will be the day the product, Immunocal, is delivered to you. This is determined by using the courier tracking delivery schedule.  Each coaching session is given a maximum time allotment of 15 minutes. Shorter or longer session times (up to 30 minutes) are at the discretion of the participant
